It shall be unlawful for any person to establish, operate or maintain
a junkyard, scrap yard or junk dealership after a preliminary approval
has been granted but before a license has been issued. It shall be
unlawful for any person to misrepresent material facts in any application
or renewal application submitted under this Part. It shall be unlawful
for any applicant or licensee to fail to notify the Borough if said
licensee is ever cited by county, state or federal authorities for
alleged violations of law, rules or regulations relating to the operation
of junkyards.
