§ 15-85. Locations Where Pedestrians May Cross Only In Crosswalk.

A.
It shall be unlawful for any pedestrian:

(1)
To cross any roadway in a business district within the Borough of Aspinwall except in a crosswalk.

(2)
To cross the roadway, in any of the following portions of streets in the Borough of Aspinwall, except in a crosswalk:

Provided, nothing in this section shall permit any pedestrian to cross in a crosswalk at any location where that crossing is prohibited by § 15-1102.
