§ 26-31. Compliance With Rules and Regulations; Liability of Owners for Water Supplied.

A.
All consumers of Borough water and all persons desiring to connect with the water system of the Borough shall be subject to the rules and regulations contained in this Part, the Code or other ordinances of the Borough.

B.
The owners of all premises supplied from the Borough water system shall be liable for payment for all water supplied to the said premises.
